Step 1: Find the product you want to order.
There are several ways to do this, such as using the top navigation menu, the search box, the categories menu on the left side or the various links at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Enter your prescription information.
You can enter your prescription details by using the prescription selection menu on the right side of the product image (on the product page). For information how to read your prescription please visit our “How to read your RX” page. Please note that prescription information is not needed for some types of products such as contact lenses accessories. Once you enter your prescription information, click on the “Add to Cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart.
If you need to purchase more products, return back to the website and repeat the above process to add all the items to your shopping cart. Once all items have been added to your shopping cart, visit your shopping cart to review the order contents and once you are ready to proceed with your order click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to begin the Checkout process.
Step 3: Complete the Checkout process.
During the checkout process you will be asked to enter all information required to place your order, such as billing details, shipping details, shipping method and payment details. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter all required information and finalize your order.
