Cancellations and Refund

The Customer has a deadline of 30 days from the date of receipt to return the products with their complete and sealed boxes, without writing or markings, can be returned for reimbursement of the store credit or credit card. Freight costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be made subtracting the freight costs. The products must arrive in the original condition, salable, packed in a box and without damage.
Cancellations of orders will be accepted with full refund of amounts paid only if they have not yet been despatched.
If any product has been sent or exchanged by mistake in connection with the order, please contact us by email ([email protected]) If it was our mistake, we will reverse any monies paid.
Products received with manufacturing defects will be exchanged for a new product of the same brand, grade and model, at no additional cost. Just send the picture of the package and photo of your eyes with the lenses, highlighting the defect suggested for the email [email protected] The defective product will be collected after delivery of the new product
